Hotel SANIA is located in the new-built quarter in Obzor and it is located 150 m away from the beach and 250 m away from the center of the town. The hotel has 14 double standard rooms, 3 double luxury rooms, 1 single room, 1 room for disable person with two beds and one apartment. Every room has air-conditioner, TV and refrigerator. Added to the hotel part are swimming-pull with dzakuzy, small cozy bar-restaurant, original Russian sauna and parking places. Hotel Sania is opened August 2005. It is a building of four stories and it is a combination of modern architecture, coziness and comfort.
